How do I care for my candles?Treat your Candle with care and love by following a few simple instructions and safety precautions. This will ensure that you get the very best from your Candle, each and every time you use them. Burning Instructions - Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting. Burn for no longer than 3-4 hours at a time and ensure the melt pool reaches the edge of the candle container beforeextinguishing, this will help to prevent a “tunnelling” effect and is especially important during the first burn. Always place your candle and burn on a level fire resistant surface. We advise not burning your candle for any longer than the maximum recommended burn time. Keep your candle free from any foreignmaterial, this includes wick trimmings and matches. Extinguishing Your Candle - We advise using a candle snuffer to extinguish your candle. This willprevent your wicks from drifting off centre, thus maximising your candleburn time. Blowing out your candle is not recommended as the liquidwax may splatter and your wick may continue to glow and emit a smallamount of smoke – which is perfectly natural when you extinguish a candle by blowing out rather than using a snuffer. Once your candle is extinguished, allow the wax to solidify and then follow the candle storage advice below. Trimming The Wick - Before lighting your candle, always trim your wick to 5mm with a pair of sharp scissors or a pair of candle wick scissors. This helps to stop any build up on your wicks and encourages your candle to perform to it’s best, providing the cleanest burn possible and an even burn.

How do I ensure that I am being safe with my wax melts?- Ensure wax melts are stored in a safe place away from children as they may smell or look like sweets, they should not be eaten. - Place the burner out of reach of children and pets and ensure it is not placed near any draughts. - Ensure you remove any plastic packaging from wax melts before use - Use an unscented tea light - If using a small burner, I recommend only using one wax melt at a time - Otherwise, I recommend using two wax melts at a time - Do not leave unattended whilst melting wax melts - Use your burner for up to three hours - Ensure you extinguish the tea light of the wax melt burner before you go to sleep or leave the house - Wax melts do not evaporate and will eventually lose its scent and then will need to be discarded - Do not pour melted wax into drain

How do I care for my crystals?- Put your crystals outside or on a windowsill on a ful moon to recharge - Use the rain as a way to cleanse them with water, or soak them in a bow of salt water - Smudge them with a sage stick or some palo santo - Bury them underground for 24 hours as this allows the earth to absorb any unwanted energy and refresh the crystals - Use a cleansing crystal, such as, selenite, as this can clear the energy of the other crystals
